Access to the Website

Access to the Mystore EDHEC website is free of charge. AFFECTIVE reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or temporarily interrupt access to the website for maintenance, updates, or in the event of force majeure.

The user acknowledges having the necessary means to access the website and undertakes not to use it in a manner that is contrary to the law or to these legal notices.

Liability

AFFECTIVE uses its best efforts to provide Users with a quality service, under a best-efforts obligation.

The User is informed of the technical contingencies inherent in the Internet and of possible interruptions of access that may result. As such, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts that AFFECTIVE cannot be held liable for interruptions or slowdowns of the Website or for damages arising from:

  • the User’s internet connection or equipment;
  • force majeure or a decision by the competent administrative or judicial authorities;
  • an interruption in the supply of electricity or transmission lines caused by public or private operators;
  • abnormal or fraudulent use of the Website by the User or third parties requiring the shutdown of the Website for security reasons;

Responsibility for Data Processing

As part of the operation of the Mystore EDHEC website:

  • EDHEC Business School acts as data controller,
  • AFFECTIVE acts as processor, in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

AFFECTIVE ensures:

  • the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the data,
  • that the data is not used for purposes other than those provided for in the contract,
  • notification to the data controller in the event of a data breach,
  • active cooperation with EDHEC’s DPO to ensure GDPR compliance.

Users’ Rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), each user has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • object to processing,
  • data portability.

5. Hosting, Security and Maintenance

The Website is hosted in France by NAITWAYS and is technically administered by AFFECTIVE.
Daily backups and a Disaster Recovery Plan (PRA) are in place.
Data is not transferred outside the European Union.

AFFECTIVE provides maintenance:

  • corrective (bug fixing and anomaly resolution),
  • preventive (component updates),
  • evolutive (adding new features on request).

Critical updates are applied as soon as they are identified.
Data flows are synchronised between the ERP CEGID, WMS AXE Systems environments and the PrestaShop store via secure EDI protocols.
